DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars! The first virtual health and wellness week will offer events that are educational\, interactive\, and self-paced experiences rooted in promoting the optimal health of CUNY SPH students. We will engage with community partners committed to providing health education\, prevention\, and intervention strategies that are rooted in cultural humility\, intersectionality\, and focused on equitable delivery of services. A diverse range of self-assessments\, workshops\, panels\, and art will be offered that targets various dimensions of health including emotional\, intellectual\, physical\, environmental\, social\, and spiritual. We will promote health equity by providing advocates a platform that empowers participants with vital information and resources. \nAdditional details to follow. \n
