SUMMARY:CUNY SPH student panel on living and working with an invisible disability
DESCRIPTION:Please join the CUNY SPH Office of Accessibility Services in celebrating our third annual CUNY Disability Awareness Month at SPH. Disabled people are the largest marginalized and underrepresented community. CUNY-wide\, students with invisible disabilities\, sometimes called hidden disabilities\, are provided with more accommodations than any other category of disabilities or disabling medical conditions. \nCUNY SPH students discuss their experience living and working with an invisible disability. \nThis event is open to all students\, faculty\, and staff across CUNY. \nASL interpretation and automatic live transcription will be provided. The organizers encourage participants to take breaks during the event when needed. To request additional accommodations\, contact sara.ingram@sph.cuny.edu. \n
