SUMMARY:Career Wellness: Managing Internship and Job Search Stress
DESCRIPTION:Join and participate in this shared\, supportive space that seeks to help normalize job search stress and anxiety\, while offering practical strategies and stress management tools to empower students to reach their career goals. Facilitators will review concrete goal-setting strategies on general mental health and self-care\, as well as strategies specific to Public Health professional endeavors. At the end of the presentation\, students will have time to share their own personal experiences regarding their job search\, provide mutual support and knowledge sharing\, and participate in a Q&A.
