DESCRIPTION:Get started on Summer 2023 Internship applications! Join representatives from The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) for a double feature! They will be speaking about two internship programs: \n– NYC Epi Scholars program is a full-time\, paid 10-12 week summer internship program for top graduate epidemiology students at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Scholars receive supplemental training from senior researchers including training in theory\, methods\, and public health practice \n– HRTP: A Public Health Internship Program. The program is open to students across majors\, offering dynamic internships in public health research\, community health outreach and education\, fieldwork\, and public health administration. This session will focus on their Summer 2023 application cycle\, which is open between January 15 and February 15. \n
