DESCRIPTION:The Office of Career Services is pleased to bring students Career Corner – a monthly group skill-share and career advising event. Each Career Corner session is shaped by a theme (ex: Networking) and guided by a Career Advisor. At Career Corner\, you can share questions and listen\, learn\, and practice career skills with your peers. Sessions are shaped by the number and interests of participants. We will generally open with a topic introduction\, followed by Q&A\, time to workshop skills\, and a debrief. \nFebruary’s theme will be workshopping what hooks and fun facts to include in your self-introduction when asked “Tell Me About Yourself.” Come by to practice together and test out your intro to feel more confident in interviews and networking situations!
