Macaulay 4+1 Program FAQs

RSVP for an open house on Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 5pm – 7pm at CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy (55 West 125th Street, Room 708).

To apply, you need to be a Macaulay student with a declared major who is in good standing with a GPA of at least 3.5. If you are accepted into the program, you must be able to complete your remaining undergraduate degree requirements on schedule (by the end of your 8th undergraduate semester) while taking the required SPH courses according to the specified course sequences.
When you apply, you need to submit a 1-2 page statement of interest, and an unofficial (CUNYfirst) transcript.

The GRE requirement is waived for all applicants except those who pursue the MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics degree.

The usual SPH application fee of $135 will be waived for Macaulay students.

Applications are due March 2, 2020 at 5 pm.
