Jennifer P. Wisdom, PhD MPH, is a licensed clinical psychologist and health services researcher who joined the City University of New York Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy as professor of Health Policy and Management and director of the Hub for Mental Health Innovation at CUNY SPH. She works collaboratively with the Mental Health Innovations Lab at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, CUNY faculty, and others to provide training and technical support for healthcare and community-based organizations on best practices, process and outcomes measurement, and data management. She also works with NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to identify and track metrics and to build collaborations for external funding of initiatives to support mental health in NYC. Jennifer most recently served as Associate Vice President for Research and Professor of Health Policy and Management at the George Washington University in Washington DC, where she managed research operations and implemented quality improvement for the university. She has also held faculty appointments at Columbia University and Oregon Health and Science University. Her research is on improving the organization, management, and quality of behavioral health services, with particular emphases on leadership and change management.
